According to Mimi Kirk the best way to remain super healthy even in your 70′s is to only eat raw food.
She certainly looks stunning and is the only 70 something that I have seen looking this good!
I was intrigued to learn what possible recipes there might be for raw food meals. So I purchased this book out of curiosity.
I am glad that I did.
The main meals and the desserts are deliciously presented and my eyes were opened to an entirely new way of preparing food and eating.
I have not become a RAWBIE but I am now certainly more aware of other meal options.
